PICKUP: Wednesday, December 11, 2024, 3:00 to 6:00 pm (PLEASE, NO EARLY PICKUPS!!!)

BUYERS PREMIUM: An 18% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $118 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check (under $1,500) & Cash. Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. The auction will close ten lots every minute. If there is a bid on any lot, that lot will extend an additional 1 minute until there is no more bidding on that lot. The remaining lots will continue to close as scheduled. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minute on any lot.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 218 S Washington, Wellington, Kansas, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm (By Appointment). Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THEURER AUCTION/REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE SOFTWARE'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Theurer Auction/Realty will email registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
